TREVENX FREE TRIAL AGREEMENT

PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY. BY CLICKING “ACCEPT,” DOWNLOADING, OR ACCESSING THE TREVENX PLATFORM FOR EVALUATION, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU ARE ACTING ON BEHALF OF AN ORGANIZATION, YOU REPRESENT THAT YOU HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO BIND THAT ORGANIZATION TO THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT ACCESS OR USE THE PLATFORM.

This Free Trial Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between TrevenX, LLC (“TrevenX”) and the entity or individual (“Customer”) accessing the TrevenX product for evaluation purposes.


1. Trial Term and Access

TrevenX grants Customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the TrevenX platform, including its proprietary AI-driven Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR), Managed Detection & Response (MDR), and associated dashboard and tools (collectively, “Product”) for internal evaluation purposes only, for a period of fifteen (15) days, unless extended in writing by TrevenX.


2. Trial Use Terms

By participating in this trial, Customer agrees to TrevenX’s Terms of Use and the following trial-specific provisions, which shall override any conflicting terms:

a. Internal Use Only: Use is limited to internal evaluation by Customer’s authorized personnel only.
b. No Production Deployment: Customer shall not deploy the Product in any production environment or rely on it as the sole cybersecurity control.
c. No Competitive Use: Customer represents and warrants that it is not accessing the Product for competitive analysis, reverse engineering, or development of similar solutions.
d. No Warranty: The Product is provided “AS IS” during the trial without warranties of any kind, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
e. No Support Obligations: TrevenX is not obligated to provide support, updates, or maintenance during the evaluation.
f. Termination: TrevenX may suspend or terminate trial access at any time for any reason upon notice. Customer must delete all installed components and cease using the Product unless a paid subscription is executed.
g. Security Risks: Customer assumes all risk of using any optional samples, detection simulators, or test files during the evaluation.


3. Data Collection and Monitoring

Customer understands and agrees that TrevenX may monitor usage during the trial for performance, analytics, and abuse detection. Any suspicious or unauthorized activity may result in immediate suspension or termination of access.


4. Customer Obligations

Customer shall:

  • Use the Product only for the purpose of evaluating its functionality and performance.
  • Not allow any third party to access the Product.
  • Not modify, copy, or distribute any part of the Product or its components.
  • Refrain from introducing any harmful code or conducting penetration testing on the Product without prior written consent.

5. Ownership

All intellectual property rights in the Product and any related materials remain the exclusive property of TrevenX and its licensors. No license or right is granted except as expressly stated in this Agreement.


6. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL TREVENX BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES IN CONNECTION WITH THIS AGREEMENT OR USE OF THE PRODUCT DURING THE TRIAL, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.


7. General

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delaware.


BY CLICKING “ACCEPT” OR ACCESSING THE PRODUCT, CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THEY HAVE READ AND AGREE TO THIS AGREEMENT.
